1.2 Energy and efficiency in power use |

One of the main research directions of INCDT COMOTI is to produce in high efficiency conditions of the thermal and electric energy, by implementing in the country the first co-generative thermo-electric power plants (ex. the power plants of SC TERMICA SA – Botosani and SC PETROM – Suplacu de Barcau), which open the perspective of ensuring thermal energy needed for people consumption and economic agents for prices significant lower then the ones practiced in present.

The power plant has to co-generative lines of 2 MW installed electric power (6kV), 5 Gcal/h effective thermal power and a consumption of 900 Nm3/h natural gas for each line (including the high thermal installation).

The power plant has to co-generative lines of 1.75 MW installed electric power (6kV an effective thermal potential of 7t/h technological steam (300 dgr C/ 20 bar) a consumption of 920 Nm3/h natural gas for each line (including the high thermal installation).
